Sometimes it’s making sure your family isn’t stuck doing everything the day-of. Other times it is figuring out what vendors to actually hire. If you are looking for someone to talk through your planning process, give some assistance on how to move forward, or just ask for decor advice, we would love to help. We can meet up for coffee, schedule a zoom call, or find an atmosphere that you are most comfortable with. Our main goal is to put your mind at ease. Sometime's it just takes an experienced ear to get your started, or help you finish your planning.

If you are 4-6 months out from your wedding date and you think it's time for someone to take the wheel, this is a service that we find most popular. You've done most of the work. Hired the vendors, bought your dress & ordered your invitations. But now, you need to get everything organized, create floor plans and timelines, and make sure everyone from your family to your vendors to your venue, are on the same page. We can be the glue that puts everything together, and more importantly, takes it off your hands. 

The last few months before your wedding can be the most stressful, but we want to make sure they are the most joyful, because you deserve it, babe!

FULL PLANNING

Okay, so you’ve gone through your “engaged” phase and you’re ready to start planning your dream wedding. But where do you start!? Well, you start by calling us of course! Whether you have an idea of what you are looking for or not, it really doesn’t matter. Starting from the beginning is always a great place to begin. We can help you find caterers, photographers, music. We can accompany you while touring venues, brainstorm decor ideas, and overall make your vision a reality.

From beginning to end, we will be there holding your hand and answering those random thoughts that come into your head at 3AM. We will create a task sheet of what needs to be booked or completed & by what date, communicate with your family & friends, and basically become your person wedding assistant. Doesn’t that just sound magnificent?

So, you’ve gotten to the home stretch, and now it’s time to figure out where the hell to go from here. The first thing that you should be thinking about is how you are going to have the whole day organized. Starting at the hire date, we will start reaching out to all of your vendors & anyone who will be involved in the plans for the day. With the information and timeframes we get from everyone we can put together a specific timeline for the day that includes everything from arrival times to cutting the cake. In addition to that we will consult with you on set-up, decorating, floor plans, and the end of the evening breakdown. We can be the buffer between you and all things wedding so you aren’t completely bombarded with emails and questions. It’s your wedding and you should enjoy it, not be stressed about it!

With all of this information in place, we will be there to execute every step to keep you stress free and able to enjoy the champagne you’re sipping on while your getting your hair & make-up done. From the beginning of the day to the last vendor leaving, we are there for everything in between. We can be in constant communication with you or whomever is appointed, to keep you in the loop and let you know that everything is going according to plan!

THE DAY-OF PACKAGE

YOU’RE A ROCKSTAR. You’ve gotten everything completed and planned down to the second. Now you just need someone there to take it from there so you can enjoy everything that you have accomplished! We will take care of the set-up & decorating based on your plans, keep the vendors on track via your timeline & most importantly, make sure you and everyone around you is having the time of your lives! You deserve it! At the end of the night, we will pack up everything accordingly and be on our way, knowing that you didn’t have to worry about it. Your day is suppose to be magical, so let us help make it that way.

THE DECORATION PACKAGE

Well, not only do you have everything taken care of, but you’re venue is on point and you don’t really need us to help your day stay on track. One thing that you really need is someone to come and decorate your space and then break it all down in an organized fashion. Hey, we can do that too! There is nothing more time consuming than trying to decorate your own wedding when you still need to get your hair & make-up done… and your friends and family don’t need the burden of that either. At the end of the night, that last thing you want to think about it getting all your decorations broken down and cleaned up. We are happy to pack everything up for you all organized and find a home for it. We got you girl, now go enjoy the afterparty!
